Isaac Hollander got his start in the construction services industry fresh out of highschool when he started his first company, Hollson LLC – a painting company. After rebranding to POP Painters, his company quickly took off – becoming one of the top ranked painting contractors in the Ann Arbor area. Isaac now brings his passion for customer service, business development, and life-long learning to Clear Choice Contractors. When he isn’t traveling to job sites to ensure smooth operations, you can find him on the ski slopes, riding dirtbikes, or out on a boat enjoying a cold adult beverage with friends.

You might say that John Haddad has contracting in his blood. Growing up around contractors, he learned the construction industry early on in life. His passion for quality craftsmanship led John to establish his first business, JR Haddad & Co. – a full service general contractor specializing in commercial and multifamily construction projects. He has deep expertise in interior and exterior renovations, landscaping, decking, and pool construction. When John isn’t helping people realize the full potential of their homes’ outdoor living spaces, you can find him skydiving, traveling, and skiing.
Production manager decks
Roland Chalhoub is a customer oriented production manager for decking and paint. He is committed to keeping your home improvement project on track at all points so you end up with a result you love. When not working with customers to achieve their dream deck, you can find Roland playing basketball, skiing, or hunting.
Office Manager
Nadia Hawatmeh is our office manager dedicated to keeping the staff’s daily operations running smoothly. She has a knack for coordination that ensures your home improvement dreams are being brought to life. When she isn’t working hard behind the scenes, Nadia enjoys swimming, writing, and baking.
